Unfortunately, getting to an assembled chair wasn't satisfying or easy. First of all, a couple of the chair legs were sticking out of the box (they had broken through the cardboard) and were scuffed upon arrival. Not the kind of thing that warrants the hassle of a return, but annoying to be sure. Worse, when I went to assemble the chair, I couldn't get the screws that hold the back in all the way - they were just too tight. At first, I thought I had cross-threaded them, but I hadn't. However, it was clear that the threads on all three screws were getting severely scratched, so I took the chair back (with threaded holes) and the screws over to a friend's house who's a car mechanic. He tried to run a tap through the holes to re-cut the threads, but found that the hole was too small. He drilled out the hole to the "proper" size and then re-cut the threads. After that, it went together easily. Since it was repairable, I didn't return it, but I would have if I haven't found a solution, and when having furniture delivered that needs to be assembled, that can be a big hassle.

Great chair. Helped with back problems with working from home due to pandemic on a very uncomfortable chair. Would definitely recommend as a relatively inexpensive alternative to what is used in the office. Easy to put together and use.
