I ordered VR for my grandson and Shipt never came with the items and Target nor Shipping company never tried to take accountability at all… Worst ever!!! Now I have to wait 5 days to get a refund !!! No resolution whatsoever!!! Driver never called nor texted !!! I get a email stating they could not deliver my items but I got a text stating they had the order and was delivering it … And no one could Reissue order!!! Informed them to ask driver to show them where she tried to call or text !!! Nothing and no one holding driver accountable!!!! Trouble customer service!!! Never will Go back again !!!

How do I get the 3 month free trial?? This was a Christmas gift!
I never got the 3 month trail! Every time I call Target I get transferred, get a fake incident number, am told I will get emailed a code which never comes (and they don’t need my email address?!?) and ultimately get disconnected/hung up on.

The device seems great wish was more snug to face to see. The only thing that charges is the googles, concerned about both handhelds life span. You also have to buy a console for storage. Many options for free entertainment, but it is through trail and error to learn how to use the device in those worlds. Google really helped. The headset doesn’t seem to last more than an hour at a time. Would recommend the Meta with the Batman game.

Got this for my Grandsons birthday and he loved from the very start! Update and setup was very easy and he was online in a mater of minutes. Games are super reasonable, less than a big pack of vbucks and does not appear to have the micro transactions that can drain your bank account :)

Not for children , very unsafe
The demo in store is what got my kids interested. I thought it would work well and this seemed really cool. However-This is not meant for any child under 18, as it is complete access to strangers in nearly every game, with no way to prevent access. I am able to cast and watch them as they play, but am unable to stop contact. Mute the microphone? Well each game individually will override your choice in settings. You are able to make a child account, but they are easily able to just switch to the main account and there’s no way to avoid it. Also, many of the apps (while they cost $) also have additional subscriptions required to actually play the game. I can add single player games but there’s no way to totally remove ‘worlds’ which is the concerning part. Will be returning.

We went and exchanged our Meta three for a new meta due to pixel headset issue. When we exchange the new matter and got home, we had opened it up, finding that it had already been purchased and used. There was a hair in the headset packages were opened and not sealed also the user before had not deleted their Meta account. What a joke.
