Return refused after conflicting guidance

My return was refused and I was spoken to in a way that suggested I wasn’t being truthful. I spent significant time trying to resolve it, but got inconsistent answers each time I reached out and felt dismissed. I canceled my RedCard because this experience damaged my trust. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Outstanding Product

This fixed everything I didn't like about the Quest 3. It's both a lot more comfortable than the stock strap, and it extendeds your playtime! Although it's a bit expensive, it's worth the money in my experience.
