Meta Quest 3 Mixed Reality Headset - 512GB

A huge step up from the Quest 2 and a lot of fun to play at the park or in a gym at a recreation center. Walkabout Mini Golf and Eleven Table Tennis are my favorite games.

This is my first vr experience after wanting to try if for so long and I got to say the quest 3 is great. It's easy to use and learn and fun to play on.

The Meta Quest 3 is leaps and bounds beyond the Quest 2. The resolution is much clearer, the field of vision wider, and the AR component really enhances gaming. It's so much lighter than the 2 way making it easier to use it for exercise. I absolutely love the Quest 3!

With she latest update, it is a good product. Would like more options for controllers to “stick” to the hands. They can get slippery when working out. Just bear in mind the “moderate” to “intense” ratings for games are not for people that get motion sick.

The graphics are excellent 👍🏾. Way better than meta 2. The game play is great but I swear more.

Got everything I was hoping out of the purchase. The guy I gifted it to uses it regularly to watching videos and general browsing, which is what I hoped. Would recommend.

The headset is amazing and feels even better than the quest 2, both the visuals and audio is great and the mic when playing multiplayer is amazing, getting asgards wrath 2 with the headset was really fun and comforting to wear when playing it, unfortunately with th 512gb version though it mentions you will recieve 8 monthd of free meta+ you will not, i recieved both the email, in app notification, as well as a in headset notification to recieve 6 free months meta+ fo buying the 512gb headset! that never happened, and upon research throughout the web many others were falsely advertised the same thing, but if you are lucky you will still get the 1 month free trial that they offer everyone despite which headset you buy, i do wish i could of made better use of the extra space in my headset with the meta+ they promised but its still agreat headset overall

I am the owner of a Meta Quest 3. So far I have enjoyed the experience. i decided to purchase it after I began learning the Unity software platform. I have not played any games as yet but I will do so in the future. my only suggestion is that you widen the lanyard for the controller by an 1/8 - 1/2 half inch (see attached file. I hope that this helps in the continued improvement of your fine product.

Very high tech VR. I really like it and it was easy to set it up and start it. There is variety of activities you can do using it. Playing games is much fun right now and even exercising is much better.

The Meta Quest 3 was the first VR/AR headset that I think truly hits the mark for mass market quality. It's high resolution, the battery life is reasonably long, it can be untethered or tethered (for infinite life), the room scale AR/VR works seamlessly, the controllers are top notch and feel great in your hands. The pass-through AR is actually pretty great for what it is -- it requires decent lighting but in general I can navigate the world around me without issue. The headset itself was easy to setup on my face and I went about two weeks with my glasses inside the headset which worked OK but was painful - until I received the lens inserts and now it's very comfortable. It's a fantastic "pickup and VR" device since it can be used without a PC. Audio is good and of course better with headphones or earbuds. It's the first VR device that I've used for 4-8hrs and not gotten sick or tired. Part of this is the ease in which you can have passthrough to perform real-world actions and also the fact that it's battery powered so you can walk around without cables. The other impressive part was the support for multi-monitor, multi-display remote desktop. I was surprised at the clarity when my 4K monitor was mirrored and extended. My only slight negative is that some apps were trickier than others to initially setup - particularly if they require you to go to a specific address on another device in order to register (like Netflix). I also had a bit of annoyance initially linking my Occulus account to a Meta account. After that initial setup though, everything has been smooth. I can't tell you enough how awesome it is to have the MQ3 sitting on the corner of my desk where I can pick it up and just use it without any fuss or setup or calibration and get right into roomscale or seated VR. You really can't beat it for the price, massive library of apps and games, and quality build.

I love this oculus, I have not put this thing down since I purchased it.

Everything about it lives up to expectations but the head strap is quite uncomfortable and digs into my skull

My 12 year old couldn’t seem to make good friends in school and he was very sad all the time. I would invite him out but he just didn’t feel like hanging out with his Mom. I cannot tell you the relief I felt when I heard him speaking with other kids his age and making plans to play later with them also. He even reconnected with his best friend from his old school and some kids in his current school. It is not just about playing games, it’s about distressing and bringing people from all over the world together in a fun environment. He even keeps his room neat now to make sure he has space to play. Thank you Meta Quest! You helped a single mom bring her son’s smile back.

I purchased my headset 3 weeks ago and haven’t skipped a day without working out/playing Thrill Of The Fight. Definitely worth every dollar that I spent on that alone. For me anything outside of that is a bonus it’s self. My only regret is that I just got hip to Meta Quest recently.

This is a very good product. I enjoy the experience. Unfortunately I suffered a dizzy spell after an hour of play. Quit uncomfortable. I am going to try the corrective lenses (I where glasses) and the PC link and see how it goes.

Very easy to set up, no cables required, and does not require a PC. Not as good as the Valve Index in terms of visuals, speaker quality, controllers, and comfort, but is still quite good and has many upsides. I would absolutely recommend this to most people. Also, I highly recommend the elite strap, the regular strap is not very good.

Easy to use, and fun. Needs better parental controls for time limits.

What's not to like (other than the price) about the Quest 3? It is everything you loved about the Q2 but better. If you have never had a Q2 or are new to VR, this is definitely the headset to go with

Low marks for constant network errors, being frozen in games, having to reboot constantly, and difficult wireless charging unless headset is placed very precisely. Not a great experience moving from Quest 2 to Quest 3.
