The very latest one starts with HAD, as another answer states. However, the earliest units that have the improved battery came with a model number HAC-001(-01), as yet another person stated. There is also a difference in the box art (as yet a third person stated). The specs provided indicate this is the Switch with the longer lasting battery, as it indicates HAC-001(-01), and it also has the newer box art. However, if you want to be ABSOLUTELY SURE this is the longer lasting battery, since this model reflects the HAC-001(-01) model number, you should also check the serial number. For the HAC models, the serial number MUST start with XKW. If it does not, look for one that does before purchasing.
