[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very satisfied with this miter saw. I got the C12RSH3 with XACT and I think this is better than the one I got from 2020 with the laser light. I thought nothing could top the one I got until this 3rd generation miter saw was given to me. At unboxing, I was a little disappointed that it no longer has the laser light. But upon using the miter saw, I found the LED light that casts the shadow of the blade to the wood is even better. Not only does it not disappear as you bring the blade down, hoping your still going down where it once reflected, but you have the shadow line that stays until you are actually executing the cut. I believe it is also a lot quieter somehow. The bevels and the levers are also upgraded for easy handling and with non-slip rubber grips. In short, this one tops my old miter saw with the laser light. For a non-pro, hobbyist, DIYer like me, this miter saw makes the job and precision achievable. For a pro, I guess, they will have a more technical view for a review, but I am sharing to those like me who wanted to have an easy-to-use, non-intimidating power tool. And one more great reason, it is from a very reliable company that will not break your bank. Gives us little home DIYers a chance to be proud of owning a power tool.

I had the need for a dual bevel miter saw. I got the C12 FD HB and couldn’t be happier, incredible Miter saw.

I bought this more than a month ago. It said it had an led light to show the cut, but it never worked! The saw is still ok, but the precision leaves a bit to be desired!

Built a deck with this saw, and even used a metal blade to cut the aluminum railings. Worked perfectly for all aspects of the job.

I bought my 12 inch saw three years ago and it is fabulous, I knew it would be as I had the 10 saw for years prior. The saw are easy and powerful. love the cutting limits and power.

This was my first Metabo tool. I was hesitant to buy the sliding miter saw because of the additional cost (hence the 4 stars for ME!) I purchased the 12-in Dual Bevel Compound miter saw and have been extremely happy with it. I should have sprung for the more expensive miter saw because it has additional capabilities that I could certainly use on my DIY projects. Now that I know how great Metabo tools are, I will not hesitate to buy others!
