A: I wouldn’t use it on a cutting board. It leaves a slight greasy layer. Best for tables, wood doors, dressers, wood coffee tables... would want my food touching it

I personally would not use it to clean my cutting boards. I recommend googling "how to clean a wood cutting board" if you need information on what to use to clean your cutting board.

This smells sooo good! Like vanilla coke/root beer! It makes wood surfaces so shiny and polished looking! It is a bit oilly but not bad at all. I like how you can lock and unlock the bottle. Very convenient! I also love that the ingredients aren’t harsh chemicals! And it’s not too pricey!

As some have pointed out here, this product smells strongly of baby powder and lanolin. I expected an almond oil or at least almond extract smell, but there's nothing "almond" about this. It smells like a baby's changing table. The scent is so strong I can't get rid of it and it also transfers to everything that has touched the cleaned surface. I really wish this had the "yummy" almond smell some reviewers claim but no - it's just awful.

I recently switched from a glass dining room table to a beautiful wood table and was looking for something to clean it daily or almost every day. I wanted to make sure that the cleaner would gently clean mine would, but also be safe for my pets as sadly they like to go on my table. I have previously purchased method products before and I’ve had wonderful results so I had feeling this would be a great product. The scent is nice lately almond and it priced pretty. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and it’s done amazing

This product is not for everyday use, I think long term will damage the wood. Also, the smell horrible, close to a baby powder smell and it sticks around for awhile. Unfortunately, I am not able to use this toxic fragrance around my kids and pets

Not a fresh small, spray bottle doesn’t work. Product doesn’t work - doesn’t clean the wood at all. Kept it too long to return. I would not recommend this to anyone. Going back to murphys - which works quickly and smells great.
