Q: How do I get the top off so that I can rinse the container to recycle it?
A: turn top LEFT all the way, KEEP GOING, & top will come off. Then will see insert, pry up gently to refill or rinse bottle, put back in reverse. Note after 8 mos will probably leak & finally need new!

Q: Will it leave behind a color ring due to my hard water residue?
A: shouldn't at all. to help combat hard water stains, use a scotch brite non scratching scower pad or sponge; they ARE THE BLUE ones and are safe for the expensive toilet & tubs & will help you.

Q: is this product septic safe?
A: YES, used for many years w(en had a septic system and had zero issues, also asked septic company when were cleaning the tank & they also said the ingredients listed are just fine

Q: Is this safe to use in a Rv Black tank or Grey tank? Or for the hose to drain them ?

Q: I have a hard time getting this product under the rim of the toilet? Any secret tips I should know about? Do you have a spray version of Method for toilet cleaning and disinfecting?
