Methyl fotal helps support both cardiovascular & cognitive health. It is especially important for pregnant women to take methyl folate as it provides nutritive support for normal healthy DNA synthesis. The tablets are small and easy to swallow. You need to take 1 tablet per day with food. Thus, the package is designed for 1.5 months, which is very convenient and profitable. After taking methyl folate, I feel a general increase in energy levels, increased cognitive function and better focus on various tasks.
