Richard Cimino (Author)
Richard Cimino is a lecturer in Sociology at State University of New York-Old Westbury. He is the founding editor of Religion Watch, a monthly publication on trends and new research in contemporary religion published by the Institute for Studies of Religion at Baylor University. He is the author and editor of several books including, Ecologies of Faith in New York (Indiana University Press, 2012), Atheist Awakening (Oxford University Press, 2014), and Global Lutheranism in the Contemporary World (Routledge 2025).

Hans Tokke (Author)
Hans Tokke is an urban sociologist, consultant, designer and ordained minister. He is Adjunct Associate Professor in Sociology at City University of New York: New York City College of Technology and Western Connecticut State University. He has over forty years urban community development and youth initiatives in New York City and Vancouver, Canada. He directs the Microcity Movement presenting workshops and seminars on urban culture, community development, and ministry.
