Has a great scent even opening it up. We used it to make chicken burrito bowls and it worked well. The only thing is it loses a lot of flavor if you mix in beans and corn.

It tastes, great texture is chicken texture pretty easy to cook obviously. It’s chicken really does taste a great season perfectly and not too salty and quick for taco night.

Although I definitely think that is in the right price range for this kind of stuff you definitely need two to feed more than two people. I made fajitas and I added cut up peppers that I sautéed and it was a delicious meal. My kids loved it. I loved it had great flavor and it had a little bit of a kick to itoverall, I would definitely buy this again. I would just get two! I think this would also be great in a dip as well!

I used it to make sliders, with a balsamic dressing in place of ketchup and some shredded lettuce. The flavor was AWESOME! Thanks, Mighty Spark! Will be trying some of your other products

This chicken is so flavorful and moist, it makes great tacos and burritos. We've tried all the flavors and they're all good. We prefer this ground chicken to ground beef for many of our family recipes.

I love this on a salad with peppers and corn. I just wish it were available at all Targets instead of just Super Targets as I don't live near a superstore.

I bought 2 packages in Target on sale. I had been curious about it for awhile especially after reading the reviews. When I first opened the package (and also throughout cooking the meat) there was a very strong vinegar/sour smell. I double checked the date and I was still a week away from expiration so I assume it’s the vinegar powder and lime listed in the ingredients. I cook with ground chicken a lot and this is the toughest ground chicken I’ve ever cooked (similar texture to grassfed beef). Not saying that’s bad, just different. After fully cooked, I tried it and it even tasted sour, so I wouldn’t eat this for tacos or on a salad like I do with other ground chicken. I cooked it in chili and was able to offset the sourness with cocoa powder and other seasonings (and cooked it all day). It did turn out good (not great) with some quality cheese on top and Trader Joe’s corn chips. While my chili was cooking I looked on the Mighty Spark website and saw that while it’s hormone free, it’s not antibiotic free so because of that I won’t purchase from this brand again. That was my fault beforehand for not researching. I’m usually really good at reading labels and ingredients, but I think I was fooled by the packaging lol.

So tasty, easy to cook, and the perfect meat for burrito bowls. We are big fans of this chicken!!
