I like that it has spinach and feta mixed in. The feta flavor is subtle and could be slightly stronger. Overall the patties turned out moist and tasty. I recommend giving Mighty Spark chicken patties a try if you want a healthy alternative to burger patties.

I love spinach and feta so that was another plus. I made one into a sandwich and the other one with a side of rice. Both times I fried them in a pan and both ways they were full of flavor! They are definitely pricey but so good so I recommend them.

I cooked one up the night before and packed it for lunch with some salad, and it made a really easy, filling meal. The flavor is good—savory with the feta and a little extra freshness from the spinach. I like that it feels lighter than a beef burger but still has plenty of protein, and it reheated well without drying out. Definitely something I’d keep on hand for quick work lunches.

I wanted something I could easily make into a lunchtime sandwich for work. I've had Mighty Spark ground chicken before and it was very good; I've made ground turkey, spinach and feta burgers before and liked them very much. I thought this would be a winner. Not. So. I followed directions precisely for the stovetop, and I'm a good cook. These patties came out with the texture and consistency of a hockey puck, which I could have accepted. The taste, however, was NOT acceptable. It did NOT taste like feta cheese OR spinach; it was very sharp and vinegary and just disgusting. Thank goodness I took a nibble of it before I fixed it for lunch -- except just the bite I took made my stomach queasy, and I'm not a picky eater. The texture and the taste made me actually go back and check to see if I had accidentally bought a plant-based meat product -- it was that bad. Absolutely 110% DO NOT RECOMMEND. Save your money. For that six bucks, I could have gotten some regular chicken and had that instead (and a lot more of it than I got with two measly patties.)

I’ve encountered multiple instances where there was no expiration date marked on the package. It’s typically a sticker, and I’ve received multiple packages without the sticker (we do order pick-up). I won’t be buying again for this reason. Scary!
