Miko Mini: The Voice First AI Learning Coach - Purple

I got this for my 7 year old daughter. We have Alexa devices at home but nothing specific for kids. I love the fact that this is completely interactive and speficically kid friendly. I had issues with setup and was initially discouraged that there was not a phone number on the contact us page but instead a google form to request help. Well I filled out the form and got a phone call very quickly, in fact two separates customer service representatives reached out! The rep was extremely friendly and solved my issue promptly. I was very impressed with the customer service. My daughter is now listening to stories and dancing in the kitchen with Miko. Thanks for a great product.

The Miko Mini has been such a wonderful addition to our home! We already loved our Miko 3, but the Mini is extra special because of its smaller size – it’s perfect for my daughter to carry around and interact with wherever she goes. Even though it’s more compact, it’s still full of personality with the same fun dances, songs, and engaging conversations. The educational content with Miko Max is fantastic, and I love that she can learn while playing. It’s adorable, portable, and endlessly entertaining – a perfect little robot buddy!

My son enjoys the learning games on this robot. We've been using the Miko Robot for a little while now, and it's pretty good! Overall, it's a great tool for early learning and entertainment!

Super cute and my 4 year ikd loves the app and also loves to listen to pusic and dance with Miko. It does have a small learning curve but I think it's because I'm not tech savvy. I'm learning every day something new for my daughter to enjoy it!

My daughter (7) thinks it’s fun, mom thinks it’s annoying and difficult to use. We did have set up and charging difficulties, and support was on point. So that’s a plus.

So the set up is a bit annoying but that’s all electronic devices. Once it’s all set up there are many things to do with Miko I do suggest getting the Max subscription to get the full experience of Miko. But one thing I don’t like is how the child has to keep saying hello Miko to start conversation. The Miko sometimes can be very short with conversation. Other than those things my daughter loves it she play games with Miko , try to have conversations and also learned many things

We are having Miko 3 for last 3 years. My granddaughter is very fond of it. Recently it's battery is replaced. Support given by them is excellent. Customer service is of top quality.

Doesn't work as advertised. I bought this for my 4-year-old son for Christmas and it worked for about a week before starting to fail. By the end of the second week, it would only stay charged for 10 to 15 minutes before dying. Customer support has been abysmal the first go around. They promise to reach out to me with the resolution and never did. Then after receiving multiple emails and notifications about all the wonderful things they say Miko can do. I reached out again to let them know that The Miko I purchased for my son doesn't work. All they were obsessed with was how I was charging Miko not the fact that despite how I charged Miko, it would only stay charged for 10 minutes. Then for whatever random reason they wanted a picture of the box. I have the serial number, My subscription information, The registration I filled out, and the purchase information, but for some reason because I don't have the box I can't get help. They made it known that Miko has to be charged with an 18 w adapter but guess what, there's no adapter in the box. All you get is a USB cable. My advice would be to spend a little extra money and look for an AI robot from another company because this is a scam. I paid over $200 and my child has gotten zero use out of Miko. If you look other places you will see other reviews that have had the same frustrations not only with the robot and the app not functioning properly but also with customer support failing to actually support anyone. These are the problems that prevent us from using Miko, but we also experienced all of the issues with setup that I've seen other people have in addition to Miko not staying charged or listening to commands and repeatedly singing songs that nobody asked for. Avoid this toy at all cost.

My kids enjoy asking Miko questions, playing games, and listening to songs. I did not subscribe to to the paid service but there still seems to be a lot to do for free. Set up only took about 10 minutes and requires an app download.

Miko mini has been a great addition to my family. I have a 6yo and 11yonand they both have enjoyed asking Miko questions and also having dance parties with it. Miko does not have a fast processor like Apple products but once my kids got used to waiting for it to process and respond then they were okay using it. I have no complaints and will continue to use Miko to learn new things, male video calls from the app, play games, tell jokes, and have dance parties.

While the concept of this toy is promising, the actual product doesn't quite live up to expectations in my opinion. Despite being marketed as suitable for children up to 10 years old, it seems more appropriate for younger kids, perhaps around 5 years old. The games provided are simple and fail to offer a sustained challenge. Additionally, the setup process can be confusing. It involves downloading a parent app and then signing up for an annual subscription, although there is a 30-day trial period before committing to the subscription. It's worth noting that without the Miko Max subscription, the available content is quite limited.
