guys i bought this because i love dan dan noodles and was so excited to try. Maybe my packet was gone bad idk but it tasted kinda wierd and sour and left a wierd aftertaste in my mouth, i cooked it following all the instructions and everything. and also the noodles tasted wierd idk.

The amount included in this is SO small. Definitely only enough for one person unless you are on a diet. For $7 I was hoping it would be big enough for two. That being said it is yummy. Just wish it was $5.99 instead :)

Delicious! Only portioned for one, and if you’re starving you might need something else with these. They’re really yummy and sooo much better than the other brands of frozen noodles.

I was hesitant to purchase this because I’ve never had a good experience with frozen noodles before they are typically overcooked and soggy, the noodles are short and broken. But these were pleasantly surprising - the noodles are not pre-cooked, they comes in a dry bundle and so you’re actually cooking it for the first time, not reheating already cooked noodles which ends up being way overcooked. The sauce pouch is reheated in boiling water which I found really convenient and you just mix it together with your boiled noodles. It’s SO tasty, has a good kick but not too spicy, and there’s also a good amount of ground pork in it. Really authentic and would 100% buy again. I also tried their other 2 noodles and also loved them.

zthThis sdfsdfsdfsdfsdfsdfThis was so delicious! Cooked exactly as suggested, and then topped with some fresh cilantro from my garden and chopped peanuts. Next time I will add julianned carrots and cucumbers to make it a little more fresh, but otherwise 10/10. Definitely spicy but I loved it.

I was sooooo looking forward to these and I thought I followed the directions exactly but after 11 minutes, they were still cold. I swapped the bottom tray with the top and steamed them for a few minutes longer and they seemed warm enough but when I bit into them, there was no soup anymore. I'm assuming steam escaped from the sides of my wok instead of penetrating the steamer basket but I did exactly as was described to me in the instructions (I even showed my Taiwanese friend who orders these all the time and he gave me a thumbs up on my setup) and the result was still disappointing. I still have many left over since I got so many but am hesitant to try again!

These were really good. However, just like the chicken dumplings I received, the majority of the dumplings wrappings were torn because so many were frozen stuck together. The flavor of the pork was good.Missed out more in the soup part.
