The best for rosacea

This wears really beautifully under makeup. I hate dry skin and this works well to prep my skin with. I did not feel cooling though. Although you can throw out the plastic cap which is inside, I recommend keeping it to help your product last longer. Because such products can dry out pretty quickly. - Gifted by Milk Makeup
