I put my work laptop on it and it helps a lot with maintaining good posture and my neck elevated. It reduced neck/shoulder pains. Thank you influenster! This was all that I needed at this time.

The legs looked weak in the photos before I received mine and was curious how well it would hold a heavy monitor. The legs are solid and very heavy duty. I can definitely see that they can hold a lot of weight. However, I don’t think they’re good for laptops, more monitor friendly in my opinion. Nowhere to rest your arms or wrists while typing or scrolling, unless you have a keyboard and mouse. The height is perfect and really does help alleviate any soreness and stiffness from looking down at the screen.
