I have purchased many item from Lamps Plus, which has been from the designer Kathy ireland (use to be a model) I must say that the lamps, chandeliers i bought enhanced up my property in my home! Great team work!

Didn’t like that because it’s 3 sided, it has to be turned just-so to get balanced look

I received this as a Christmas present. I had asked for it and was happy to receive it. However, there have been many problems with it. First of all, the package with the longer crystals missing, at least 3 or possibly more. Most of the crystals are on the same plane. The design is for three bulbs so as you see it most of the time it doesn't look balanced. You have to be in just three spots to view it as balanced. Two of the candles would not take the bulbs since there were some wires or something in the way. He resolved that! And the chain is very heavy and hard to open and close the links. I would love to have the longer crystals to place where they should be as the diagram shows. The balance issue though really upsets me.

This light kit chandelier is one of my Best Buy’s ever! I got it between the company being out of them and recording them again. I wish they still had them! I have since moved and would love another one. Very classy: chandelier AND a fan.

Pretty lamp

This is a really pretty chandelier. The bronze color is really rich and the crystals shine nicely. The size is nice too for a small walk in closet.

I bought this chandelier for over the tub in my master bathroom. I had read reviews that mentioned you have to put the crystals on yourself, but evidently I underestimated what was involved with that! The crystals are attached to one another and to the chandelier with tiny, bendable clips, about half of which had come unattached and required being re-threaded onto the crystals before putting on. Honestly, at this price point not only should you not have to put them on yourself, but if you do, they should not be held on with tiny, tin-like clips, half of which were not attached. The next problem was shortening the length of the chain. I will preface this by saying that I have installed at least 6 chandeliers with chains before, but none of them had a chain like this...you would think it was going to be used to pull a truck! Now, I don't object to what it looks like, nor to it being strong. The problem is, it's SO strong that there is literally no possible way to bend a link in order to shorten it without using strong tools... which results in scratches on finish of the link. Once I dealt with all of that, putting the chandelier up was straightforward... Until I put the bulbs in and tested it with the dimmer. First the bulbs (which yes, are the correct ones) had a very hard time screwing in. Once I finally got them in, I discovered that you can only half dim them... once you get beyond the half dim point, they flicker. Long story short, it does look pretty above the tub and to uninstall it and send it back would be too much work. That said, I would not choose this again, and especially not for this price.

Love it, put it in an upstairs hallway. It replaced an ugly flushmount light.
