Beautiful desk! It arrived quickly. Everything was nicely packaged, and the pieces were labeled clearly. It was easy to assemble. As a petite, middle-aged woman, I did it in less than an hour. The color is a smooth cherry. I am impressed by the quality. I noticed a lot of reviews mentioning the drawers not lining up. Note: They are Right and left-specific, so if yours don’t line up, switch them. I am very happy with this purchase.

TERRIBLE desk don’t but it. After FOLLOWING all the instructions and putting it together, there’s huge gaps in between the drawer and the piece that goes under it target will do anything to help me unless I return it … and I’m not going to take it apart after spending hours putting together

Awful construction.
The quality of this desk is awful. Once assembled it is not sturdy, and rarely during assembly did the holes line up, which makes it look terrible due to none of the seams aligning. The drawers are a whole other story, making me question is they are even intended to go with this desk, so janky and crooked. I’d return if it wasn’t such a hassle now that it’s already assembled. Do not buy.

The drawers dont line up at all
I’m really disappointed with the time I spent putting this desk together, for the drawers to not fit or look as pictured. They’re completely unlevel and off centered! I’ve taken them apart and rebuilt twice and it’s just unfixable. They don’t sit flush to their slots and there’s a huge gap in the center. But I spent so long assembling it, there’s no shot I’ll be taking it apart to return it. Don’t buy! Please save yourself.

Cute Desk, Decent Value
The color runs a little more red than pictured but still gorgeous. Assembly was simple and quick. I got it done in about an hour and a half. I was a little worried because it’s held together with mostly cam locks, but they lined up very well. It is made of particle board but the finish still feels quality and is sturdy. I do think the price is a little high for particle board and cam locks, but it’s a more affordable option than most “rattan” furniture nowadays.

Damaged and missing pieces
I hoped the negative reviews were only about the color of the tan desk but I learned the hard way they weren’t. The black desk came damaged on one of the drawer fronts. I decided i’d keep it anyways and started putting it together only to learn it had missing pieces too. Would not recommend.
