Description
Mionetto Prosecco Rosé, crafted in the Veneto and Friuli regions of Italy, undergoes a meticulous process to achieve its exquisite flavor profile. The Glera and Pinot Noir grapes are gently pressed, with the latter left in contact with the skins for several days to impart the Rosé's delicate pale pink hue. Following this, the wine undergoes a secondary fermentation using the Charmat method, where it rests in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks for 60 days, developing its distinct honey and bread crust aromas, making it the ideal sparkling wine. This Prosecco Rosé presents a pale peach color and greets the senses with a bouquet rich in fruit-forward lemon citrus notes. Its harmonious acidity and invigorating hints of red berries, coupled with its elegant fine bubbles, make it an ideal companion for seafood or chicken dishes. Best enjoyed chilled in a Champagne flute or white wine glass.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I typically prefer sweet wines but I like the fresh and subtle sweetness of a Rose` from time to time. The Mionetto Brut Rose` Prosecco is a dry, crisp and refreshing wine with a bit of a kick. It has a decent alcohol content of 11% and goes down smooth even though it is a bubbly wine. At first pour, you get the smell of fresh fruit woth notes of berries. It is very light yet refreshing. This wine would compliment a meal on its own or make a great mimosa mixer. If you enjoy fresh, fruity but not too sweet wine, I'd recommend this one to try!

Different but good
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was a good rosé. My mom loves rosé so I let her taste it with me and she liked it very much she liked that it wasn't very sweet. She liked the sparkling aspect but not so sparkling that it tasted like a spritzer.

Good Product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I typically drink Lamarca but decided to try this out. I thought it was really good and a good comparable to the Lamarca. It was a little bit sweeter and had mild flavor of mixed berries. It did seem very carbonated but wasn't bad. Overall I thought it had good flavor and body.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My hubby and I loved this Prosecco Rosé. We opened the bottle on our anniversary day and enjoyed it with our family and friends. It was very sparkly and fruity and tastet fantastic. Everyone loved it. We recommend this prosecco Ioved the mouth feel of acidity and bubbles. It’s dry but but, you get that burst of citrus with sweet berries taste. I would buy again, great price point. I do recommend.
