The hair is horrible. the texture feels like it was dipped in Elmers glue and dried. Its hard and doesn't not meet the quality you'd expect.

Hair is disappointing
Was nice looking at first and flexible which is nice for a superhero toy. Problem is we just opened it a couple hours ago and the hair is falling out of the pigtails because of how short it is toward the front. Also there is weird flaking in the hair. Very disappointing considering it’s brand new and hasn’t been played with rough at all. I would look for a different ladybug doll.

Oh goodness, Ladybug is having a bad hair day. Our factories want her to be perfect when she arrives in the stores so sometimes, they put way too much hairspray on (OMG I’ve done that to my own hair). Sorry she’s a #hotmess and we would LOVE to replace her with another doll who had a much better hair stylist. Please reach out to us at Toys@playmatestoys.com
