I bought this to wear for running. It fits well and doesn't cause chafing. I also like the thin strap on the back. The thing that I don't like about this sports bra is that the sewing lines on the surface make it feel lumpy. This makes your chest looks lumpy underneath your shirt. I don't understand why they would make a bra not smooth.
