Awesome fire place, came in quick ! Easy mounting. Would buy again.

After removing it from the box I noticed the control panel behind the glass was not attached fully. I had to take all the sheet metal liner apart to access and reattach the panel. Once I opened it up I realized how flimsy everything is. It doesn’t have a heating element all the way across the unit, just the center section. So don’t expect more output with the larger size. I also found the dimensions for flush mounting the unit to be significantly oversized which led to some installation challenges. I recommend waiting until you have the unit on hand and measuring true dimensions before construction. It doesn’t heat my 12’x16’ room well and looks nice once installed but I feel the price doesn’t line up with the build quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The installation on this is very confusing doesn’t explain the instructions. Don’t explain very well. I don’t know if I got a defective one or not but the heat output doesn’t work very well. The design is beautiful so even if I don’t use it for heat, the design is beautiful and gives that nice ambience for a room. It is energy efficient so I’m told so. I read haven’t got a bill yet to review on it. I’m going to reach out and try to contact the company because I did receive and I got pictures and proof that it was broken when I received it maybe they’ll be a nice enough to replace it.

You can either walk mount (which will look silly) or do a recessed wall install. It changed colors, does the optional sound, multiple level of heat, you can change the appearance with the crystals or the log. Overall we really really enjoy the look and the heat it produces, being effectively electrical and not consuming as much as the gas ones

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm so in love with this electric fireplace from Modern Ember! I love all the cute color options. It warms up my whole living room very quickly. I like the fact that it has an option to make a cackling sound and you can also adjust the volume. It also comes with crystals that you can use instead of the wood, which are really fun, but I prefer the wood look! I wish you can use them together, I thought I would be able to because you can with some of their other fireplaces, so I was kind of bummed about that, but no big deal! You can also set a timer if you want or just leave it on until you turn it off. It's just so cozy! Also, it comes with a mount so you can hang it on your wall! It has 10 different color options, I tried uploading a video, but for some reason it's not loading on the Influenster app so unfortunately I could only upload a picture.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off I want to say that this fireplace heater is beautiful! It’s visually pleasing and looks very modern and sleek. The heating function works well and heats up fast. Haven’t had the need for it just yet because the temperatures haven’t been very low where I live but once they do I will be using this! You can change the light colors and you have a good amount of options to choose from. We will be installing it into the wall once we make room for it but for now it’s on a low table by the wall. The smart features are cool and make things much more convenient as well. Everything was good except for the dent/bent part shown in one of the pictures. It’s by one of the screws that opens the fireplace. It was delivered like that but the package was fine and I don’t think it was a delivery issues because it was packaged well. So it must have been a manufacturing problem/incident. For the price of this fireplace I would want it to be perfect though so that would have been a problem for me and the company needs to be better at quality control. Besides that aspect, it’s a great fireplace that would add a great touch to your home.

The crystals were a bit difficult to install as they had to be meticulously stacked in order to fit them all in. Putting the crystals in took longer than the rest of the installation and my husband and I had fun seeing who could stack the fastest. The fireplace comes with an easy to use remote and also linked up easily with my enbrighten app.
