The fan or your sanity
This thing took 3 engineers and a really stubborn homeowner 3 weekends to install. Also, the receiver didn't work and I had to engage multiple times with the manufacturer to replace it. Now that it is installed, it is sort of non-reactive in that when you use the remote, it sort of thinks about it for 45 seconds before turning on the light or moving the blades.

master bath fan
This fan is compact yet so powerful. I like that it has a handheld remote control but I also purchased a wall switch. It is rated for inside or outside so it was perfect for my master bath

The fan was installed today. It gives off great light and the fan has slot of power. We love it!
