Very nice quality at this price point. The seat is on the firm side but still comfortable. Do not sit at my desk all day so the comfort level works for me. There is a similar version of this chair at a higher cost that has a thicker cushion. Workmanship is very good. The tilting mechanism is excellent allowing the user to lean back while talking on the phone. Very satisfied with my purchase. I am retired and did extensive research and this chair is a winner.
