Horrible quality for the money...i woukd return but already Installed...it's literally all plastic and the finish looks nice but it so cheap

Installed our new shower assembly and looks great. My wife loves the brushed nickel finish. Also the “heat adjustment “ is very easy to set. So no scalding water to worry about. Can’t go wrong with Moen products.

Everything is perfect, except the fit of the handle if the valve is installed without the spacer. The shaft sticks out an extra inch. Would be nice if Moen had a handle that is one inch deeper to help cover the shaft, as it is unsightly.

Just installed it and everything looks and works great. The only complaint I have is the collar that goes around the shower head pipe is real sloppy, it would be nice if it fit a little tighter.

It seems to work well. However, I don't believe that it allows the same flow of water that I had before, especially out the tub spout. It seems much slower. I purchased it by recommendation of the shop. I always deal with. Who told me that yours is made better than others?
