Love this faucet. It has everything I wanted. Touch free, turnable faucet, pull down sprayer and it’s smart! I paid for the power adapter so I don’t have to deal with batteries. Setup was easy (didn’t work with iOS 18 though).

The installation instructions, particularly reagrding linking it one's home network are incomplete and confusing. Once the faucet stops broadcasting it is difficult to cause it to do so again. The app is terrible; it requires one to go through every single installation step, e.g., it doesn't remember serial numbers that have been previously entered. I regret purchasing the two that I did and will advise anyone who will listen not to do so!

Took a while to install, looks great But, after many attempts, resets and selecting various wifi settings, Unsuccessful when attempt faucet to my home network. It is also taking several seconds before the water will commence flowing from the faucet 🤯 😡 Very frustrating.

The router you are connecting to must be compatible with 802.11 b/g/n and work on 2.4 GHz with WPA/WPA2 security. Make sure the network you are connecting to is not hidden and has a password. If you are connecting to a mesh router or your 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz networks are named the same, you may need to temporarily disable your 5 GHz network while connecting. I have had faucet for a couple months - I love it - I did go ahead and buy the ac adapter - I like the faucet even if the smart function did not work - I use amazon Alexa and it was easy to setup and is a fun conversation piece. I did buy it on sale on prime day.

In theory, I love all the features - I just wish it would work! It loves to "go to sleep" at times and not give us ANY water - whether you use the wave sensor or the faucet handle! Sometimes it comes back on in a couple of minutes, or sometimes it sleeps for hours! Yikes! Makes for a very difficult kitchen operation. This is my second faucet (same model). Moen gave me a new one when the first one died. Oh yes, I had to purchase the AC package for the faucet. Why would anyone want to use batteries and have to climb under the sink to replace them every time? The faucets should come with the plug-in automatically and let the buyer purchase the battery pack if they need it! Anyone with a garbage disposal already has a plug under the sink.

Using Moen's smart faucet, it takes 6 D cell batteries. General expectation is if you run out of batteries the motion sense will not work and have to operate manually. In case of Moen's faucets, you have to wait until batteries are changed. Batteries won't last more than a month or two. Waste of batteries and producing e-waste every couple of months.

Do you enjoy feeling angry and swearing at your faucet constantly because it won’t turn on or off when you want it to, cannot run at a trickle, has significant input lag, and treats you like a child and shuts itself off if you run the water for more than a couple minutes? Do you want a faucet that will stop working when its non-rechargeable batteries die, or the electronics break, or the company pushes a bad software update? Do you have a extra money burning a hole in your pocket to pay forever for single-use disposable batteries? Do you feel happy creating massive amounts of unnecessary e-waste? Do you feel a quiet thrill when your family members and guests say “this thing sucks”? If so, Moen has the perfect faucet for you! Oh, Moen, please tell me how wonderful it is that I can just touch my phone to dispense a precise cup of water. Wait, remind me, do touch screens work with wet fingers? Well, at least my faucet won’t get dirty. Hang on, is it better to get salmonella on my phone, which cannot be deep cleaned, instead of my faucet, which can? Oh, I should pay more for the voice control version instead, which requires an internet connection, can be activated by children and pets, and will not work well in a noisy kitchen when people are cooking? Shut up and take my money!! All Moen smart faucets are defective BY DESIGN. Voice, motion, does not matter. They are terrible to use, terrible for the planet, and terrible for the brand. I no longer trust Moen because it is clear from this product that no one is left at the company with both decision-making power and a functional brain.

My wife and I have had this faucet for a few years now, and I regularly look foolish waving at people’s kitchen sinks now :) Having this faucet is a game changer when you need to waah your hands. You can also dispense water through your Smarthome device. Beware: we were without it for a few weeks when a contractor accidentially disconnected the sensor cord, and we immediately went and got another.

Recently installed this faucet and while it looks beautiful and I love the no-touch feature, there is no way to adjust the flow rate. The handle turns the water hot or cold, but the water always comes on at full blast and adjusting the handle changes the flow rate by about 5%. Calling Moen to ask about this, I was told that is how it's designed. I can't be the only one out there who doesn't want to always run their kitchen water at full flow. Sometimes you just need a light flow to rise delicate items. Returning this and should have stuck with Delta.

I will say the faucet didn’t work right when we first got it, but after doing a negative complainant. Moen fixed the problem rather quickly and now our faucet turns off and works great. We haven’t used most of the other features yet, but I’m very happy about the great costumer service and response.
