Solidad
We received this kitchen faucet from Moen as a replacement. It looks great and works well. The only con is that the spout rotates 360% and the spout swings very freely which means that if not careful it could hit the backsplash.

Nice, but not the same
Replaced Moen that we had for years and finally start to leak. Replacement is almost the same. This one does not shut off right away. OK, but not sure why it does this.

I like.the style but I have had too many issues
This is my second faucet of the same type. The first one I bought kept leaking and every time I contacted support the only thing they would do and send me cartridges. After several months of trying to get it fixed I bought a new one but this one has some weird loud thump every time I turn it on. That shouldn't happen on a brand new faucet. Again I really like the way it look I just wish it was made better.

Moen made me sad
I bought this faucet at the end of 2020 and it has dribbled ever since. The store we bought it from won't return it and now I'm sad every time I have to use the kitchen sink as it dribbles and dribbles and wastes water. :'( It's pretty, but it sure isn't functional as a faucet.

Continues to run after shutoff!
We just installed this new beauty. Sadly, there are two issues: 1). Water continues to run from the spout for a few seconds after the handles are completely off, and 2). It frequently blows air through the spout and is noisy when it is first turned. on. This is very disappointing for what we paid for this unit.

Moen stands behind their product
I bought this 7 years ago and along the way Moen has sent me free parts (cartridges and washers ). Now I need the valve replaced, possibly, so they sent me a new replacement faucet. Thank you Moen!
