The taste is sweet without the sugar but it also has a bit of a sour after taste as well. My four year old doesn’t have an issue with it but did say that it tastes like medicine which he doesn’t love. If you want your child to go to sleep quicker and stay asleep, I would recommend giving this a try!

I was worried that the flavor might deter my kids but they actually consumed these with no problem. They said the grape was good, they werent gritty and they melted away fast. They do prefer a drink of water after so I can't sit here and say they are delicious, but definitely not a problem for my kids. They said they woke up feeling like they got a good night sleep and didnt feel groggy. They didnt sleep much longer than usual, but i do believe they got better sleep. Overall, good ingredients and an effective product.

All words and opinions are my own. I am so tired of trying to get my children to settle down and go to sleep .A friend told me about Mommy's Bliss Kids Sleep Chewables. They are all natural organic herbs that work with my children's natural sleep process to help them fall asleep quicker so they will get a good night's sleep. There aren't any kind of drugs involved, no sugar, and they aren't habit forming. I gave my son a half a pill at first because I wanted to see how it would affect him, and within 20 minutes. He woke in the morning and didn't feel overly drowsy, so we continued giving them to him before bed. We did have problems during those first weeks getting him to take the pills. He didn't like the taste one bit! He kept saying that they tasted like sour grapes, then came the stomach problems. After taking them a few more weeks, he started waking up crying & screaming from nightmares/night terrors and tossing & turning ,talking in his sleep. It got to the point where he didn't want to take them anymore because he was afraid. Oh, he never had any problems with any of that until he started using the sleep chewables. That was the end of those, I decided not to buy them again, I also do not recommend these sleep chewables. I don't want to take the chance of the same thing happening to another child.

The packaging is very informative and contains all information needed to do good research. For my daughters age it suggest you l take 2 tablets but she has always been sensitive to any medication so I only gave her 1 and it worked just fine. She didn't really care for the taste but she is extremely fussy with all meds and vitamins so they probably don't taste that bad. The immune support is and added bonus. It's hard to tell this time of year if it really helps as the germs are starting to settles down for summer. I will definitely continue to use and hopefully see a difference.
