My kiddos didn’t like the taste or the texture, but they worked just as efficiently as the gummy ones. The cotton ball on the inside got stuck to some of the chewables. Although, personally I will not be using in the future, it really is a great product and worth it!

I was worried that the flavor might deter my kids but they actually consumed these with no problem. They said the grape was good, they werent gritty and they melted away fast. They do prefer a drink of water after so I can't sit here and say they are delicious, but definitely not a problem for my kids. They said they woke up feeling like they got a good night sleep and didnt feel groggy. They didnt sleep much longer than usual, but i do believe they got better sleep. Overall, good ingredients and an effective product.
