Applicators: insert 1 applicatorful into the vagina at bedtime for 7 nights in a row. Throw applicators away after use. I didn’t experience any side effects from the 7 day course and felt immediate relief of symptoms after the first dose. It’s easy to apply. I just recommend using a panty liner while using it because it can be a little messy. This is the brand that I’d recommend to everyone.
