Vaginal Insert: With the applicator, place the vaginal insert into the vagina. Throw away applicator. External Cream: Squeeze a small amount of cream onto your fingertip. If you have a mild yeast infection this is perfect. The infection will be gone within a day. I once did get a very bad yeast infection from a med I was taking and this didn't work for that I had to use antibiotics to get rid of it. It is easy to use and insert.

This is my go to when I get the occasional dreaded yeast infection. I've never had an issue with it burning or irritating me like I've heard happening to others. I use it at night and use a panty liner because it does tend to leak once it starts to melt.

Having a yeast infection is never fun and anytime you can get rid of it in one day is a seller for me. I am not sure how it works on worse yeast infections but on a mild one, the one day worked well. Would suggest for mild cases.

Felt like fire ants were eating me from the inside. I was woken up by the most intense itching I have ever experienced. I did everything I could to get this out of me to make the itching stop.
