Monoprice 2-inch Nylon Adjustable Guitar Strap with Leather Ends - Gray & Black

Good sturdy basic strap. Leather ends are not flimsy. Thickness and feel of strap material feels exactly like a seat belt in a car. Black and gray color. Nothing fancy, but definitely functional, and the price was good.

They are excellent quality for the price and using them both for a bass and a guitar. Will not hesitate to buy more when needed. Highly recommended.

I have 4 of these. Always keep one extra for safety stock. Needed to buy another one because the one extra one I have at home will be going on my new DLX Tele I also just purchased from Monoprice! This strap is fine, but I do need something a bit heavier. This one feels a bit light for my LP.

I collect guitars and basses, so I always pick up a few of these when they are on sale. the get the job done for guitars. I would not recommend them for heavier basses, but hollow basses are OK with them. Strap looks good too.

Nice! Thick fabric and very soft. Leather end are thick and stiff. Takes a little effort to get on but that will keep it secure. One of rare things you get value on. It comes with a string for acoustic. 1/16 in from being 2in. Leather ends are 4in.long x 2in. x 1/8in. thick. You should be pleased unless you’re one of the cynical JA’s. I will by more. I don’t work for Monoprice, just a new customer.

I am comparing this to a Dunlop I got online that was over twice the price. The Dunlop says it's 2" wide as well, but it is wider. It's thicker, and it's not as soft (this is not velvet or anything like that, but it's a nicer fabric finish than the Dunlop). This has leather ends whereas the Dunlop did not. The Dunlop will extend longer, and might be a better choice for an acoustic guitar, but for my Stratocaster, it fits great and I have a few more inches of play in it if I want to sling it lower. If you can find a better strap for a better price, I'd love to hear it. Rating is 5 stars based upon description, inspection, and price. There ARE much better guitar straps on the market, but not at this price. My rating is based upon getting what I expected and the price being an extremely good value. It is on the low end of the spectrum of quality guitar straps, but it's also "tree fiddy".
