Summary of reviews
The monitor mount is generally well-received for its sturdy build and ability to free up desk space. However, some guests have experienced issues with the clamp not fitting thinner desks and the monitor not staying level. It is particularly appreciated for its value and ease of installation, though it lacks full motion and rotation capabilities.

If the underside of your desk at the edge is less than 4 or five inches deep, you will not be able to mount this. It will not hold.

The bracket was barely any taller than my original monitor mount. If you want height, this is not your mount. The spacers that came with the Vase mount also did not fit the back of my monitor, but I am also missing the spacers that my original monitor stand came with, so that might be on me. if you have a thin desk, be prepared to place a couple of cup coasters between the clamp and your desk. The clamp part doesn't screw down all the way, there's a gap. And that gap happens to be larger than the thickness of my desk. Overall, not a bad little mount for it's price, but didn't suit my needs.
Perfect place for what you need.

It's a perfect item. Fits in my big truck in the right place. I couldn't find this item anywhere else on line.
Doesn't work well. Clamps don't tighten enough.

For the price, I feel as though I received the product I paid for. The materials used in the product are solid, and it feels pretty sturdy overall. However, two things really disappointed me about the product: 1) The arm movement is really stiff - perhaps this is due to the product being newer, but moving the monitor from side to side is a bit of a workout. 2) The monitor hangs at an angle (i.e. not level) on the horizontal (side to side) axis. I tried finding ways to tighten the bolts to keep the monitor level but there was no way I could find to do so. That, more than the stiffness of the arm, is a deal breaker for me.
works pretty well

I have a 27" monitor on the arm and it works pretty well. my biggest problem is I am not sure how to keep my monitor parallel to my desk, it's got small but noticeable slant. It hasn't stopped me from using it, and it works pretty well, but it is there. I am considering buying a second one, but I'm not totally sold on the idea, more from a desk management thing and not because the monitor's slanted. I think if it had a way to rotate the monitor I'd be happier. That said, I am happy I picked it up, it does improve my working from home desk setup to allow me to use two monitors and my surface for 3 total screens.
Could use a design tweak but still great

Came quick and does exactly what it claims it does. I love mine as it frees up some space and is convenient to use. The reason I gave it 4/5 is due to the clamp that connects to your desk. The clamp doesn’t close all the way so I had to add some wood on my desk to make it thicker and therefore clamp.

Very secure. Clipped it to the back of my desk to hold my monitor at eye-height. I’ve even moved my desk around the room and didn’t have to remove the monitor because I knew it was safely attached. Would buy again and would recommend to a friend!

it gets the job done but if you plan on moving the arm up and down its not the smoothest or easiest operation.
Nice Sturdy Stand

I got this for a 27" monitor for my wife. It looks nice, it holds her monitor where she wants it, and is stable. I purchased two because I plan on using the second one for my own monitor on my new PC. I am very pleased with the sturdy nature of this stand, as well as the look of it. I think if you want more desk real estate, and you want a fairly large monitor, here is your answer. Oh, no landscape to portrait rotation capability. That leaves your monitor level, unlike the stand I'm replacing on my desk.
Good solid monitor stand, great value

Good solid monitor stand, great value. I’ve had a similar one purchased years ago that is still holding strong. For the price it is great. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is the mount to the monitor only rotates horizontally, the old one I have rotates 360 degrees. Theoretically the horizontal should work, and be horizontal to the desk, but in my situation it was off a bit and I had to put a shim in where it connects to the desk. I’d recommend for the price and sturdiness, but I sure would have like to have one that gave more rotation options.
Description has multiple lies. DO NOT BUY.

Complete Lies- 1. It says it supports monitors up to 33 pounds. My monitor is 15.34 pounds and it sags and barely holds it. Everything is screwed in as much as possible. 2. It says it supports desks from .87 - 2.25 inches thick. My desk is slightly over an inch and it does not fit. My desk is too skinny for this despite the description stating otherwise. I had to get a piece of wood to use in the grip to make my desk thicker. You couldn't use a bolt half an inch longer so that your description wouldn't be a lie? Things they should tell you but don't- You need about 2.25 inches of clearance in towards your desk as well. The back edge of my drawers start about 1.5 inches in so the vice part only fits about halfway onto my desk. Does no one else have a desk with drawers? Why wouldn't they tell you this? Decisions they made to deliberately make their product worse- The part of the vice that attaches to to the top of your desk is made of the smoothest metal mankind has ever created. That means no matter how much you tighten the vice, it is still prone to slipping slightly. Forget moving your monitor around. You have to readjust every time. Why they would make this part so smooth makes absolute zero sense. Am I supposed to use this on a rubber desk? Overall, it's a joke. Two blatant lies in the description as well as leaving out information most people need and using the worst possible manufacturing material. Avoid like the plague. Horrible Product.
Great.

Solid mount. Was worried that the mount would not be wide enough for my desk, but I was able to adjust the mount that secures to the desk and it works great. If you have a desk with a short lip on the bottom is a little tricky because the metal piece that secures on the bottom is a little smaller but all in all I am very happy with the mount.
Not so good

Doesn't work very well with my 24in Apple Cinema display, it barely seems to hold it up properly, ie, it sags even though it's supposed to be capable of 33lbs. The spec'd weight of the Cinema display is ~21lbs so not like it's at the limit. I ratcheted down the tilt adjustment but it also keeps sagging toward the desk instead of being perpendicular to it. I'm thinking of returning it, wouldn't recommend for anything over 17lbs.
It's cheap and crappy

Unfortunately this monitor stand does not stay level on my desk. So my monitor sits crooked about -2 degrees. Also does not give you full motion and is not well built. I would buy something else instead. Not good quality at all.
