Pricey but worth it because it actually functions.

My computer is on the other side of a large room from my AV setup. Occasionally, I like to sit on my couch and play certain computer games using my big 4K 120 Hz TV and my Atmos Surround System. I tried a couple different (cheaper) cables of this length and they were garbage. Either no signal at all being received, or it would cut out every few seconds. This was my last try, and it has worked flawlessly for weeks now. Pricey, but apparently at these lengths you have to pay $$ for the thing to actually work.

This cable was easy to pull through the conduit in the attic. It is now hooked up to a JVC e-shift 4k projector, and the picture is great. If you have a long cable run from your processor to the projector, I recommend this cable.
Works Great, no issues.

Using this to connect my desktop to my tv in the family room. works great. Had to route this out of the office through the garage and into the family room to connect to the tv. Have only used it to view AltitudeNow on the family room tv. Cannot confirm if it would work with 8k, but seems to work well with 4k 60hz.

Works for my setup. Upgraded to a new AVR so I wanted to replace the existing HDMI cable. Slimmer than the previous one so that?s a bonus, easier to hide. Great product.

Died within 7 months, picture quality not as good as other cable I use. Cable created other problems after hours of tech support with Apple and other reps of equipment I have. Turned out to be this cable!

So far so good, although it's early yet. The cable is slightly thicker than it appears in the photo, but that wasn't a problem for us. It is directional, so be careful when you install it (especially if you're pulling it behind walls, be sure you locate the right ends in the right place).

If you're looking for lagless PC to 4K TV connection, this cable works great. I hadn't heard of monoprice before trying to solve my lag issues connecting my PC to my tv, but I'm glad I found out about it. This is also my first time using an active HDMI cable. Works perfectly.
Awesome

Fixed my video and sound issues sending a 4k signal to a 4k projector from an AV receiver.

I bought the 49' version of this cable and almost all is working as needed. The only glitch is that when I use the onscreen menu for my home theatre receiver, and then have that signal sent to my LG B9 OLED TV, the menu will both flicker and go blank for a second or tow. This did not happen with my older HDMI cable. I tried it with my old receiver (a Pioneer VSX-531) as well as my new receiver (a Denon AVR-S760), and both menus flicker and go blank in the exact same way. That said, for the core usage of this cable (TV and video games), it's performed great so far.
3rd try is the good one
