Terrible sound. No highs and mids are muffled. Because they can't reproduce most sounds the noice cancellation is also poor. Only good for lower frequencies. I returned them.

These headphones are a hearing saver, they are very comfortable , great sound and the ANS works well. I have a small wood shop so all my tools are near each other . With the dust collector and the planer working the ANS deadens it more than I expected. Good value all around

These punch way above their weight for the price. Decent sound, not for audiophiles but not disappointed. ANC is especially good for traffic noise.

Use them for noise cancelling. I have been unable to link to my iPhone XR.

Have them just over the month. Sound is terrible. Tried to play in EQ on my phone - made it slightly better. It alright only on a low volume. ANC - is doing exactly nothing accept this weird pressure feeling. I think I was able to hear some noises even better. Earcups are small and one of them is already falling apart. Micro USB? In 2022? Really? Do not waist your time. There so much better headphones on a market for less or the same price

I got these headphones for working at my office and they are fantastic. Positives: The bluetooth range is good, enough to go through several walls. The fit for me is extremely comfortable - I've got a smaller head so I've retracted the headband accordingly and they've stayed firmly in place (for now, we'll see if that changes over time). The weight of these are nice - light but with enough to stay in place and to convey a good decent robust construction. The ANC is great as it nicely cancels out much of the surrounding office noise particularly the buzzing/humming of the overhead air conditioning - great for focusing on work. Lastly, the feature I've been looking forward to the most was the Multipoint multi-device (2 device) connection between my Samsung Galaxy S10 phone and my Windows 10 desktop PC and these headphones didn't disappoint - being new to the feature I followed the documents on how to connect the two devices and just like that, I had my phone at the ready while listening to work music playing on my PC. Not as Positives: I'm not an audiophile but the sound I would say is a 7.5/10 and can get into trouble with music with big bass but for lounge jazz/electronic music, it's super. One thing I wish the earlier reviews for these headphones or the webpage's Specifications section didn't disclose so well is the fact that it uses micro-USB for charging which is the only device of the 3 devices that I charge in my office that is being charged with micro-USB - all others are USB Type-C. My outgoing Amazon wireless headphones are 6 years old and they used USB Type-C. A couple of other smaller issues that don't bother me so much but may to some others is there is no travel case and the bluetooth LED status light stays on. Overall: These are great OTE headphones for the price it's offered at and I would definitely recommend a pair of these looking for a good pair of headphones with ANC and Multipoint features.

This is my first set of wireless headphones. I?ve put off buying any because of the high cost. When I saw the reviews for these and then saw the price I thought I?d give them a go. I am very glad that I did. The performance is well beyond my expectations. Good bass response , well balanced and very clear. I listen to a wide range of music including jazz , alternative rock, ambient and all forms of Americana . They could be a little more comfortable but at this price it?s not a deal breaker. I would recommend these to anyone needing wireless headphones that don?t feel the need to impress friends with a well known more expensive brand.

The ANC and sound reproduction rival my more expensive mainstream cans. Unfortunately they are not the most comfortable to wear for any extended period of time. They need larger and thicker pads to sit properly over the ear.

I like everything except the noise canceling and the micro USB connection (worst part) everything else is really good including how fast connection is and no lag. I tested it on TV, phone and computer.

They work great. Very comfortable. And sonically, I could not be more happier.

I bought these and a pair of Sennheiser HD 450BT, which were almost twice as expensive, to compare. The Monoprice Sync ANC's are vastly better. The sound at all volumes is fuller with better staging, better bass presence and clearer mids and highs. It also gets significantly louder than the Sennheisers. The headset is also more comfortable and feels sturdier and more substantial in my hands. The quality over Bluetooth is almost indistinguishable from the sound over aux. Contrary to the first review below, the ANC is excellent. It significantly lowers the volume of speech and almost completely removes stable background sounds such as the fans, AC noises, rain, or running water. The only real negative I've noticed so far was the choice to use an older mini USB charging port rather than the modern USC C standard.

Earpad fell off out of the box. Managed to replace it, but feels like it will fall off again easily. Does not work with Microsoft Teams (yet my other pair of BT headphones works without issue). ANC could be much better, still lots of ambient sounds coming through (more than other ANC headphones). Wanted to like them, but they didn't meet basic expectations. Requesting RMA.

It's hard to believe these are ANC headphones. It feels like just white noise added in. When you turn on the ANC, there is no difference or sense of quiet, just the hiss of white noise.
