6-hole Decor style keystone inserts are not easy to find.
Leviton nylon plate fits, also fits to Monoprice 1-Gang Low Voltage Mounting Bracket (Product # 7013).

Causes wall plate to sit away from wall
The holes that the wall plate screw into are much too deep, creating a large gap between the wall plate and the wall.

Keystones do not sit well
These are a good idea but they keystones do not sit too well this these plates. You can use as much force before breaking the plate but will not be able to get the keystones to seat properly. The plates needs just a tad more space between the keystones modules.

These do not work with six CAT6 keystone ends as sold by monoprice. If looks are not the most important thing you can cut the side out of every hole and force them in and then let the wall plate act as the front support. This adaptation, if not changing out cables frequently will work. I have not tested with a mix of CAT5 and CAT6.... The issue is with the side to side spacing not vertical... however for vertical to have enough room you do have to leave the wire cover (clips) off at lest the middle two keystones. Still love Monoprice, but I want other to know about this product's issues.
