Works like a charm!!
I needed more volume on headphones with laptop and didn?t have the right connector 1/8 on laptop to 1/4 on headphone amp . This cable does the trick !

Excellent!!
My cables look just like the pictures. I removed the 3.5mm plug and replaced with an XLR connector as this is what I needed for a particular application. I haven't actually used them yet but have examined the cables themselves and inside of the connectors and quality of soldering. All is excellent. Each terminal had a piece of heat shrink tubing on it. I thought this was a nice touch as I rarely have seen this from other vendors. Will buy from Monoprice again.
