Good quality copper. The price was right. Highly recommend.

This was much more than I needed (at the moment) but such a deal! I decided to go with the larger bulk roll to re-run all of the system because the HT wiring has been in place for over two decades. The 12 ga. OFC wire is well-marked with a blue stripe on one side for quick tracing. It is slightly stiff, but it has the advantage of maintaining a shape for soft bends around corners and such. The jacket is a little tough to split at first but separates easily once you have a start. IT FITS THE BANANA PLUGS! (#2008).This perfectly snugs into the closed end plugs without fooling with the jacket, allowing for a straight-in connection. Shipping was superior through the Fed-Ex.

It's speaker wire. Luckily, not much to go wrong here. I made myself some new speaker cables to replace older ones I had repurposed from something else that were too short for the application. So far so good over the several months they've been in there.

Finally upgraded from my 16 guage wire that I've been using for decades. Not sure why I didn't do it sooner since it was so inexpensive. It could be my imagination, but I think my system sounds better for it. It seems less "brittle" at higher volumes. ?????

The wire is fine. However it is not 'unbranded' as it says on the site. Monoprice is printed right on the wire.

This is tiny in comparison to any other 14AWG I've ever used-even Monoprice's own 14/4 cable is bigger than this stuff. I'd say in honesty it's maybe 16 or 18 AWG. Love Monoprice but this stuff sucks.

Speaker wire - not much to say. Works exactly as expected.

Pure copper wire is hard to find at this price. After almost being misled into buying copper clad aluminum from several other sites out there, it was refreshing to find a good deal.

Easy to work with. Nice copper. I had to use a 12awg stripper, because the 14awg cut several strands every time. So it does seem like there's extra copper here. Not issues using a 14/16 crimp.

They were exactly what I expected and were in great shape.

I'll be using this speaker wire to revamp my wiring for my 9.2 surround system. I love it.

This product and the gold-plated banana clips were the final addition to my new audio system. The wires are very robust and definitely add warmth and depth to my speakers. I had previously been using 16 gauge on 6ohm speakers, so the added heft allows for better sound quality.

It wasn't easy to find 14GA speaker wire that was solid copper. There is a lot of CCA out there, but I finally found Monoprice and they came through. This is going to be a huge improvement for my home theater!

Purchased this wire twice. First time was for a short run in my audio room. This last purchase was for a longer run, (35ft). I used this 12AWG wire with the Monoprice banana plugs. The wire is quite hefty, but is still flexible enough to run along baseboard etc. without any issues. I recently upgraded the power cable on my amp, and along with your wire I can notice a clearer more refined sound with a wider soundstage. Seems like the pair work well together, at least for my ears. Only negative I can report is after the 12+ months I used the first wires, I noticed a small amount of oxidation in the copper. Did not seem to affect the overall sound, but the new set up definitely kicks.

Very heavy duty wire quality wise and sound is and it deserved it for me needs!
