If you run into any issues with the crank on your Monster Jam ThunderRoarus Drop Playset, we recommend trying the following troubleshooting steps: When attaching the playset to the mounting piece, please ensure that you push down and completely secure all 8 connection points. Please ensure that the vehicle is being cranked all the way to the end of the pulley. Once the truck reaches the end, it will release the vehicle. Ensure that all the guidelines and instructions about the wall preparation are completed first. Please make sure that after you place the mounting base to the wall, you wait for the full 1 HOUR before adding the playset. Monster jam track
This set has a wow factor when they open it, it's packaging is really big. My son really likes it and says it was his favorite Christmas present but has only played with it a couple times- it's one of those things. I think it was more the wow factor when he saw he got a huge package. It attaches to a wall with a command strip kind of thing so it's not permanent - but it's also not easily moved and this thing is large.

Well played with but didn't last 6 months
My boys absolutely LOVED this playset. They played with it as soon as they woke up until it was time for bed. Well apparently they played with it too much because it didn't last 6 months. The pulley stopped working and will not take cars up to the drop. I wish we could have figured out how to fix it but we couldn't, and I don't want to buy one every 6 months. I would recommend this toy though because my boys had so much fun with it while they had it.

This is a hit at our house!
My 4 year old and 9 year old enjoy this toy. They play with it for hours. You do have to mount this to the wall with sticky tape so I didn’t love that part. I would recommend this product.
