A: Still mentioning max-d must be an error - it comes with the two helper trucks (Dirt Squad): Axel and Scoopz. Way better than just another truck IMO!

Awesome Dirt Stadium
This is great and simple. It allows fun play with the kinetic sand and the 2 construction vehicles are awesome too. I added my own 15lbs kinetic sand instead if the one it comes with, not because the one it comes with is worse, but I already had 15lbs of my own. The sale price of $22 was a great price. Will definitely recommend while it's still on sale.

Dont buy it
I had my eye on this for a while and finally bought it for my guys birthday. I was so disappointed. It doesn’t hold together well. If you have it on a table and the gentlest child in existence playing it might stay together. I wish I had kept the box so I could have returned it

Disappointed
As indicated by a number of other reviews, the various parts do not stay together. They are constantly coming apart with little effort, resulting in the kinetic sand finding its way out of the arena and us having to stop to put everything back in place. Another thing to note is that the amount of sand included (2lbs.), isn't enough to adequately fill the arena, so we had to purchase some more.

Dont buy!
The pieces do not stay together. I even tried to hot glue them and they still broke apart so the sand doesn’t stay in the arena. Do not buy.

Falls Apart
Was so excited to find a table top monster jam arena, however upon opening it and setting it up we were immediately disappointed. It literally just falls apart. Nothing clicks into place it sits there and falls apart. Never opened the sand because it would just fall through the cracks. Really hoping they come up with a more stable design that clicks into place.

Amazing Set - Negatives Seem Misguided
This is an amazing set! The negative reviews seem to be due to a gap between expectations and what this set actually is. It’s not a bowl to contain kinetic sand. It’s just a prop to assist in imaginative play with the sand. It’s not going to hold together for you to move it around or anything. Your sand is too hard? Yeah mine was too, but this is easily fixed with a fine mist of a small amount of water over the surface of the sand and work it all up in a plastic bag. No, it doesn’t contain enough sand to fill up the arena. It contains enough to have fun with. You can always add more of the “beach sand” kinetic sand. Personally this is just enough for us right now. The floor of the set is the arena and the kinetic sand is a bit of dirt to move around. It’s not meant to be that the kinetic sand is the whole arena floor. These helper trucks are amazing quality and surprisingly articulated. They can tow, scoop, dump, and push. This set is a great value and better at encouraging imaginative play and creativity than most vehicle playsets. It also focuses on a different but also fun aspect of monster jam - when the helper trucks come out to help on the track! I very much recommend this set. It is a great idea and is well executed at a good price point. It is open ended and encourages imagination and creativity.

Not worth it
Overall, this is just disappointing. It’s poorly designed and the pieces don’t stay put together which gets frustrating for my 3 year old. The kinetic sand also has a weird texture that made all of the trucks super sticky. We got it on sale, and even with the two trucks it comes with, it still feels like a rip off. I would not recommend it.

Love this set!
Perfect toy for my 4yo who is obsessed with kinetic sand and monster trucks! The reviews are confusing because it seems obvious to me it’s a set that’s meant to be taken apart and put back together over and over, not something that you put together once. My newly 4 yo can put it together himself without my assistance. He was gifted this for his birthday and plays with it daily!

Already open and missing pieces
We bought this at full price only to discover it has been a returned item. The sand was in a legit ziplock bag and it is missing at least five pieces from what I can see. It looks as if they used their own zip ties to secure the cars to the box. Not sure how we or Target missed this but this item should have never been put back on the shelves for resale!!

Almost Perfect
This toy does have one flaw — it doesn’t stay together on its own. However, a little superglue on the spots where the sides join the base fixes the problem perfectly. The sand included is typical kinetic sand, which helps keep things pretty mess-free. My 2-year-old is absolutely obsessed! It’s the perfect size for mini trucks. While the sand doesn’t cover the entire base, I don’t think I’d even want that much sand anyway. Clean-up is quick and easy. I just transfer the sand into a sealed container when we’re done, and my son still enjoys playing with the set even without the sand.

Do Not Waste Your Money
Junk. Sand is def not the same as kinetic sand. The arena falls apart if you barely touch it. Sand easily escapes. Huge waste of $.

What is in that sand??
Not a good product. Something was weird about this kinetic sand compared to other kinetic sands we have had. My son played with it in the sun, and it basically melted and glued to his skin and shoes. It was incredibly difficult to remove. Also the plastic parts of the arena dont stay together and it is difficult to store if you dont want to leave it out set up. Would definitely not recommend.

Falls apart far too easily. These are kids. Make it durable. No matter how easily you handle it, the pieces all fall apart. It’s a great concept.. but horrible way they put the pieces.. it doesn’t even click into place.. it basically just sits there.. what is the point if this is meant for a truck arena but you can’t touch ANY of the pieces or it’ll fall apart with the easiest touch. Hope they make more versions BUT have better connections for the ramps and sides of the arena so it stays put. We will end up super gluing ours, I guess. Too expensive for what it offers for me to have to sit here later and glue it down my child can even play with it.

Not the best
I had a version of this toy about 5 years ago that was much better quality. It is very annoying that the walls of arena essentially fall apart any time you touch them because the pieces don’t lock in place. The base locks in and is very sturdy. Only gave three stars because my toddler has been playing with it for over an hour regardless of the difficulty
