Monument Grills Mesa Series 4 Burner Black Grill

This is a great grill. Really glad I went this route.

Very happy with my grill. Some things I noticed though was the grates were harder to clean do to the raised center cross grate. Also the website was not very easy to register for the warranty, still not sure if I got it registered.

We’ve used the grill a few times and have been very happy with its performance; it heats up pretty fast. It was relatively easy to assemble and appears to be pretty high quality and good value for what we paid relative to comparable grills on the market.

I have four hungry kids, waiting on the charcoal grill was no longer an option. This baby cooks our food so fast no one is hangry anymore. More than happy with this investment piece!

We love our new grill. It cooks so well. We got the ad on griddle pan as well. It was fairly easy to put together once you figured out the pictures in the directions. The cooking window and temperature gauge are some of our favorite features. Definitely recommend. A great buy for the price as well.

This is a great purchase! The grill assembly was not difficult. It heats evenly, looks great and we love the bottle opener!!

Received damaged grill head unit, support took twice as long to send me replacement part as it did my initial grill. Replacement part gets here and is only a piece of the head unit with no instructions on how to take apart/put back together. Mind you this is plumbing gas lines, electrical wires, etc. . . . not what the initially assembly requires. I call support and ask for refund/return which they prompt me I'm subject to a 20% fee as "I am refusing to assemble the new parts". No I do not know how without instructions and am not qualified to be plumbing gas lines and electrical wires. 10/10 unsatisfied and would not recommend. Any of the bad reviews you've read are real and do not over look your gut feeling when online shopping. I found out the hard way.

First grill that I’ve ever owned and it’s fantastic. Moved into my first house and knew I needed a grill. Watch many reviews on monument grills and I was sold. Assembly was super easy and it works great. You really can’t go wrong with these grills. Everyone is impressed with the quality and features of my grill and I can’t stop using it!

We bought the Monument Mesa 425 a few weeks ago and have loved it so far. It was very easy to assemble and probably took less than an hour total. We've already used it several times and are very happy with it - even used it to cook pizzas and rotisserie a chicken. Everything has come out perfectly. The cooking components seem very durable, and have been very easy to clean. It's also small enough that it's easy to tuck out of the way in between uses. My only complaints are that the instructions seemed like they were translated in some places or lacked some attention to detail (one of the rotisserie instructions was just wrong), and that the body of the grill could be more sturdy. There are some spots on my patio where the grill twists slightly, but enough that the doors rub on the top of bottom, and I've tried adjusting them to death, but the only solution is to move the grill. My patio isn't perfectly level, but I wouldn't expect it to have such a noticeable affect on the door clearances.

Both doors came in bent and damaged. Unfortunately, I was suppose to call you to file a complaint but my wife through away that sheet.

I have had Weber and Napoleon and this Monument far exceeds these for the price. The assembly was easy, with one minor design flaw on the shelves that Monument has been working through with me, and the cooking temperature stays consistent. I love the black color too. Previous stainless grills were har dot keep clean and looked beat down but the black keeps it looking good.

Easy order, fast delivery, easy assembly, quality materials, great customer follow up. And great tasting food.

Overall, we’re pleased with the grill. It performs as expected and looks nice. During assembly, the screws at inside front area were very difficult to start due to the confined space.

It was easy to put together ( I am a 75 year old, non-mechanical lady) and seems to be of high quality. All the parts fit correctly, there were the right number of parts, and it went together extremely well. It rolls nicely and is quite sturdy. It lit right away when I started it from the first time. It got very hot quickly and I had to turn it down, so I see it has plenty of power. After the first use, I easily removed all the parts with grease on them, washed them in the kitchen sink where they fit perfectly, and replaced them, all within an hour or less. I am quite satisfied and recommend this grill. I normally am using it just for one person, but this time some of my kids were here and it is definitely large enough for a family of six.

This is a great grill. The price, with the sale and discount applied, made this purchase very affordable. The quality is outstanding. The installation was easy to follow, although there are several steps to complete. This grill does cook hotter than our previous grills , therefore, it will take some time to adjust.

Grills great and looks beautiful!. Window is not as useful as I expected but the removable full length drip pan is life changing. Was easy to put together with only one issue securing the propane tube inside the enclosure as the bracket wasn't installed at the right place to allow securing it where it's supposed to go. Attached it to a vent hole instead.

I originally wanted the 3 burner but wound up buying the Mesa 425 to use the rotisserie, something I have always wanted. My first whole chicken was absolutely Devine. The grill held the temp perfectly. I also purchased the smoker box so this weekend throwing a pork butt on the rotisserie. I have no doubt the results will be positive. I put the grill together myself, very easy. It did take me a good 2 hours with no issues. The structure itself is solid. Love the locking wheels and the grill window. Clean up is a breeze. I cook out throughout the year. Will have to see how it will hold the temperature next winter! I highly recommend the Mesa 425. Happy Grilling

The quality didn't match Weber's, but hey, so did the price. This grill gives you way more than what you pay for. Assembly was about 2 hours for a single guy working his way through the provided instructions, but it wasn't too confusing. Now, I am not a grill genius and this is my first grill ever. However, according to my expert guests, they found the grill to be really good.
