I have a juice pack
I have a juice pack for my phone but lost the top piece. I re-ordered and accidentally got the wrong size. I have to pay to send it back and then I have to re-order instead of being able to exchange without paying shipping. It’s not worth sending it back for the cost of the shipping.

So I’m really comparing this to the 11Pro Max juice pack I have and this one just last and produces way better results. Maybe because it’s a smaller phone? Either way I would say this one was worth the money while the other...jury is still out.

Works ok
The battery case does charge the phone. Passthrough charging is also very nice. However, the case does cause the phone to become non-responsive to touch input sometimes. The only thing I can figure is that the side buttons are getting input from the case. This is resolved by removing the phone from the case and does not happen when the phone is in the non-charging Apple brand case I have.

I like the color and fit of the case. the case is heavy (for me) and super slick so super slippery in your hand. I feel the back up is not that much. I got not even half my phone battery charged back up when I used it. And it does take at least a full day to charge to case.

Disappointed
I have purchased 2 of these, one red and one blue. It only charges the phone to about 30% when it starts from around 5%. Juice pack access needs much improvement. Not sure if I would recommend purchasing.

Pluses and minuses
There have been some improvements. The top of the case no longer falls off. And I love how you can charge the case and the phone together. But the case barely holds any backup power compared to the Apple charging case (which I’ve had three of because they keep having functional problems.) I would recommend hesitantly.

Kind of disappointed when received it. Didn’t realize it’s not automatically turn on when iPhone run out of battery. I have to activate the pack by pressing the juice box myself. No instruction sheet telling me that. I have to look for the instructions online myself. However it serves the purpose of it when running out of battery. Still prefer Apple’s original case.

Very Disappointing
I dont know which product I am more disappointed in- the Juice Pack or the Qi enabled charging pad I purchased with it! Given the reputation of Mophie, I anticipated both to be much more “user friendly” and work seamlessly. Neither applies. The juice pack takes an unusually long time to charge on the pad and some nights does not fully charge even after 9 hours on the charger. The juice pack DOES NOT deliver the stated additional run times for the various listed phone activities! For the cost of these premium products, I expected much more from Mophie!

Almost Perfect

Just ok
I had the pink case for my old iPhone 7 and loved it. But when I got this case for the iPhone XS it wasnt the same. There was no pink color (had to settle on deep red). And it is a heavier case so I had to purchase a new phone holder for my car. Also every time I charge it, I have to remember to turn the Mophie case charger on- it doesn't do it automatically. Not very pleased with the XS case this time around.
