The color of the padding isn't black as shown in the picture, it's brown. Very frustrating.

I love the stools! I ordered two, and they arrived in about a week. The color is just what I wanted, and they are very comfortable. I have added felt tips to the bottom although they come with a smooth, plastic footing. Assembly was easy and took about 20 minutes each. I would recommend the stools.

These were really nice chairs but I was looking for a true red color and these are more burgundy (oxblood) as it was described. I purchased the 29" which was way too high for my table
