Unit will randomly disconnect mid call! Unit will randomly end phone calls! Unit will sometimes have very low volume during calls. Extremely unhappy with this product!

This earpiece is so fragile. First the top came off and I had to hold it together with a rubber band, THEN the part that flips out fell off! Piece of Junk!

Disappointing :(

I got this for my dad based on the fact that he really loved his Motorola Boom 2. When that one broke, I opted to go with the Boom 2+ thinking it would last longer but to my dismay, it only lasted about 3 weeks until the silver mic part fell off. This was very disappointing and will probably not order any other products by this manufacturer even though I love Motorola :(

Horrible Sound Quality

I am a little disappointed with Target for not researching this item and for the price. By the way it is my favorite store. First of all, it has very poor sound quality, I had to keep asking the other party to repeat themselves. Secondly, it has a very strange crackling noise when I turn it up louder to hear better. And last but not least, it is over-priced in the store. Priced at $69.99 and online for $36.99. I've heard stories about Motorola, now i'm convinced its not the best. Well now its back to "Jabra" headsets, here I come!

Finally! It was a trial/error event for me. I could also say third-time’s-a-charm! I ordered two previous Bluetooth hands free ear devices and was not satisfied with them.
