I love this cheese for its meltiness. But the last two that I bought are nothing like it used to be even two weeks ago. YOU HAVE A BAD BATCH. It tastes more like yogurt, it breaks when it’s heated up instead of melting.

I made lasagna with it and it was a disgusting runny mess! Doesn’t taste like mozzarella doesn’t melt look mozzarella and ruined our dinner! Please do not buy this! And don’t say it’s a soft cheese! Even the soft mozzarella melts nicely! This doesn’t! It’s fake!❌

Hands down, the worst mozzarella I have ever had. I’m not sure this could even be classified as mozzarella. Overly salty, grainy, no mozzarella flavor whatsoever, and dense as a brick. It can basically be mushed into a paste.

Weird. Too mushy. Doesn’t grate just mushes. It melted fine on the pizza and tasted okay cooked but raw it tasted a little off. I wouldn’t buy this again.
