Track came off the base
I love this! I purchased it at a yard sale. The track has come off the plastic base. Do you know how I can repair it? It has to be a way to put it back on. Please advise me!

Fix the train
Very pretty piece, but the train won't stay running on the track. I have wiped the track down multiple times and the train still stops every inch going around. If the train worked like it should, I would love it.

Loved it
Very nice. Read some negative views about the train not properly working. ours works perfectly. You need to clean the artificial snow off the tracks and the train will run perfectly. The Christmas music is clear and changes frequently. The train stops at the station for a few seconds to pick up passengers. The lights are bright, including the one on the train. Highly recommend thifor your collection. The grandkids loved it and could not stop tuning it on.

Lovely train and Merry go round
Very nice but for the price so much plastic and the train catches on the overhead walkway bridge had to sand away some of the underside of bridge so roof of train would not catch but music is very nice also

Very cute, but train keeps stopping on the track. I’ve cleaned the tracks, but it still happens.

Great features. Loved by all!!
Love this. I especially like how the merry-go-round animals move up and down and the mirrors reflect them. I did have some problems with the train getting stuck under the bridge but it finally started working correctly. Love the special feature of the light on the engine of the train. Don’t know if it’s possible, but I wish that the skaters moved around the pond. Over all very pleased with his product.

Fun for the family but dad needs a new train engine
My family has enjoyed this animated musical Christmas scene. The only problem is the train engine. The train tends to come off the tracks and periodically gets caught-up on its frontend when crossing the bridge. I am not sure how to fix this and may need to get a replacement train engine. Aside from this issue, I would buy it again.

Beautiful but had a defect.
One of the carousel horses was facing the wrong way. I got it on sale so I did not contact the seller because I thought it was on sale because of the defect. It is really beautiful. Only problem was the one horse facing outward instead of facing forward
