A: You can use the Original, Duo and Extra Power Magic Eraser versions on paint walls, but we don't recommend using it on faux paint or surfaces where painted within the last 3 months. Also, only use on 'matte' or 'flat' finishes. It's important to also note that we don't recommend using the Bath Scrubber, Kitchen Scrubber, or Tub and Tiles Magic Eraser on painted surfaces. If in doubt, you should test in a small, inconspicuous area with light pressure first, to decide whether or not to clean the whole surface.

A: That's a good question, Nancy. I do not recommend using my Magic Erasers to clean dishes with. Instead, I suggest checking out Dawn, Fairy, or Yes brands for the best dish cleaning products. I’ve always been a fan of magic erasers. I really love this one because I love how it is infused with Dawn dish soap as well. It allowed me to give my kitchen a really good scrub down and it lasted for the entire duration, which was amazing. a great product and I will buy it again.

I did not know these were single use. They disintegrate with a little pressure and are utterly useless without some elbow grease. I do not recommend.

I'm sorry to learn about this, Debbie, and surprised, too, because my Quality Team works really hard to ensure that all Magic Erasers, Ultra Foamy will get tough, stubborn marks and grime wiped from your memory. While Erasers are made to wear down, like a pencil, yours should have also foamed up when water was added. To get things going, wet the Eraser under water and press on the dots while wetting. Then take the Eraser out of the water, and squeeze it again where the colored dots are and you should see foam starting. It may take a few repetitions of squeeze under water and then squeeze out of water to get a lot of suds. Let me know if this helps, give me a call any Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM, EST. Both items were cleaned exceedingly well with almost no effort. The scent is refreshing and you can use the sponge multiple times, so an excellent value for the money. Definitely something I’m keeping in my cleaning caddie!

I'm sorry this happened, because our Quality Team works hard to make sure every one of our Erasers meets our high standards. Remember that the foam will best appear when you wet the eraser under water and press on the dots while wetting. Then take the eraser out of the water, squeeze the eraser again where the colored dots are and you should see foam starting. It may take a few repetitions of squeeze under water and then squeeze out of water to get a lot of suds, but they will come. It smells nice and gets the job done breaking through soap scum and scuff marks. We have a ceramic bathtub which makes it a little harder to clean because it doesn’t have that glossy finish and these perform so well on it! I barely have to scrub to get it clean and new looking! Definitely have to purchase some more!

I have been trying to keep the soap scum cleaned out my tub since I purchased it. Finally found something that works in minutes!!! They are the best for everything, also clean my glass top stove. Works fast and is so easy too.
