A: You can use the Original, Duo and Extra Power Magic Eraser versions on paint walls, but we don't recommend using it on faux paint or surfaces where painted within the last 3 months. Also, only use on 'matte' or 'flat' finishes. It's important to also note that we don't recommend using the Bath Scrubber, Kitchen Scrubber, or Tub and Tiles Magic Eraser on painted surfaces. If in doubt, you should test in a small, inconspicuous area with light pressure first, to decide whether or not to clean the whole surface.

A: That's a good question, Nancy. I do not recommend using my Magic Erasers to clean dishes with. Instead, I suggest checking out Dawn, Fairy, or Yes brands for the best dish cleaning products. It keeps them looking shiny and clean and has the best “clean” smell to it, I’ve also used it on white rubber sneakers to keep them looking new, and they work like a dream! It keeps its shape really well, even when drenched in water, and overall is a nice and durable product, would definitely recommend!

The only downside is I feel like they start tearing and coming apart after a few minutes of scrubbing with a bit of pressure.

I personally use it for kitchen floor shoe marks, bathroom tub marks, and to clean up white shoes. I even use these at work. They are reliable and good quality so they can withstand a good clean. If you haven’t tried one I highly recommend.

It didn’t get as sudsy as I expected it to and I feel like the amount of suds decreased as I kept rinsing and using it. The scent was clean and pleasant. It was effective at leaning the shower walls of soap build up and general water marks. I don’t think it would be super effective at really hard stains.
