The classic functionality of Mr. Coffee's 4-Cup Switch Coffee Maker helps you make rich-tasting, expertly brewed coffee without stress or mess. Should you need a cup before the brew cycle is finished, Grab-A-Cup Auto Pause is a lifesaver. It stops brewing so you can pour freely, and then finishes the brewing cycle after you place the carafe back in position. It also features a removable basket filter that lifts out for quick and easy filling and cleaning. Whether you want a single cup or 4, this no-fuss automatic coffee maker will deliver the goods, time after time.
I bought one of these last November and it worked like a charm. I'm the only coffee drinker in the house so its small size suited me fine. Makes much better coffee than a Keurig and no plastic waste. I loved this thing and took good care of it. The reason I can't give it 5 stars is that it stopped working on me last month. Just stopped. Checked outlet, tried different outlet, cleaned it out....nothing. I'm waiting for them to go on sale and then I'll buy another one. Hoping the next one lasts longer than 11 months but for only $10, can't get too upset.
A nice standard coffee maker! Very simple design and easy to use 4 cup coffee maker! This was actually purchased by my sister who LOVES coffee, I tried to get her to purchase a cheaper $10 one and she refused because Mr.Coffee is just a classic! We’ve owned a few Mr.Coffee machines in the past and have never had any issues with them, we simply pass them on or recycle them to goodwill when they have aged. Definitely recommend purchasing this one if you’re not quite at the financial level for a keurig!
Excited for a new coffee maker; HOWEVER, I bought a lemon! It's a simple set up, but when I plugged it in, switched it to turn "on," it never lit up. Tried a different two different plugs in my kitchen and still didn't work. Will be returning.

I finally bought a new coffee maker after my old one stopped brewing after years of service. I don't know why I ever bought a full size one for just me in the past. I only drink 2 cups of coffee at the most in a day. I read the manual and the suggested formula. I use a travel mug for my coffee. So I tried 3 tbsp coffee and 12 ounces of water and my coffee tastes fantastic every time. The perfect formula - for me, at least. I bought one of those hard bottom permanent filters with a handle and it is great. I am sure to wash it and the plastic removable basket that holds it every time. I am thoroughly enjoying my coffee every day now that fall is here. I am more of an all day tea drinker in the summer.
Horrible! I bought this for a gift last Christmas because I had an older version that I found useful as a single user. When recently visiting the recipient I discovered that it is impossible to pour from the "updated" carafe on the newer one without spilling. The pour spout is very tiny, narrow and poorly designed causing it to spill both when filling the coffee maker reservoir and pouring into a cup/mug. Does any one test these products before putting them into production? I was embarrassed to find I had given such a useless and annoying gift. Stay away unless you want to constantly be mopping up spilled water and coffee. I see they are selling for much less now than last year and no doubt why. On the Mr. Coffee web site (10/19/20) the image of the 4-cup maker is like the older one I have with a more squared off looking carafe. The other version (newer/older?) has a more rounded carafe. Also, both are difficult to fill the reservoir because of the narrow opening and the lid of the coffee maker itself being in the way. Another poor design issue.
