This hardworking hand soap formula contains olive oil, aloe vera, and essential oils, and thoughtfully chosen ingredients that clean and freshen hands. Made without parabens, phthalates or animal-derived ingredients and always a cruelty-free formula soap. Packaging contains recycled content. Bottle (less cap) is made with at least 30% post-consumer plastic. Also available in other garden-inspired scents and products such as Dish Soap and Multi-Surface Cleaner. I used to buy another brand's lavender scented soap, but they stopped making it. I bought this one hoping it will fill the void. It does NOT smell like lavender! Maybe just a tiny whiff of it towards the very end of washing your hands. I think it smells like honey. My husband thinks it smells like evergreen. My best friend thought it was more of a cinnamon smell. I've already opened it and filled my containers so I am stuck with it but I would NOT buy this again!!

This soap has a very strong generic potpourri scent. Which is fine if I wanted a soap that smells like potourri. But I didn't. I wanted a soap that smells like lavendar. Circling back to how strong it is, my entire bathroom smells like potpourri now even though the soap is contained in a glass dispenser. Again, that would be fine if I was interested in potpourri. It would be better if it smelt like lavendar.

The smell is overpowering. I wouldn’t say I’m overly sensitive to smells but this one is so strong! It stays in your hands long after you’ve washed and dried them. I tried to make it work but after using a few times, I just can’t stand it. Gives me a headache.
